Eligibility Criteria & Other Conditions
- Company/Agency Eligibility
- AdTech Industry Focus: Open to all companies and agencies that operate within the AdTech (Advertising Technology) space, including those specializing in programmatic advertising, data analytics, machine learning, AI in advertising, video advertising, etc.
- Legal Entity: The company must be a legally registered entity in India (or a subsidiary of an international company with operations in India).
- Campaign Eligibility
- Campaign Timeframe: The campaign must have been launched between January 2024 and December 2024.
- India-Focused Campaign: The campaign should have been specifically targeted or executed within the Indian market, either in terms of geography, language, or target demographic.
- Multi-Platform Campaigns: If the award focuses on integration, the campaign may need to have been deployed across multiple platforms (digital, mobile, OTT, etc.) or across different media types.
- Data and Performance Metrics
- Data-Driven Campaigns: Campaigns should be based on measurable data insights, including but not limited to performance metrics, KPIs, ROI, and other relevant metrics (e.g., impressions, conversions, CTR, etc.).
- Measurable Impact: The effectiveness of the campaign should be demonstrated through concrete results, such as increased brand awareness, higher conversion rates, or improved engagement rates.
- Entry Restrictions
- One Entry Per Campaign: Each campaign can only be entered once, either by the agency or the brand.
- Ethical Advertising and Compliance
- Compliance with Indian Regulations: Campaigns must comply with Indian advertising standards, including regulations from the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI).
- Ethical Standards: Campaigns should adhere to ethical advertising practices, such as transparency, consumer privacy, and responsible targeting.
- Company/Brand Status
- Brand Ownership: The brand or company entering the awards must have ownership over the campaign or be an authorized representative of the campaign (e.g., the campaign cannot be submitted on behalf of another brand without permission).
AdTech Vision India Awards 2025 Nomination Guidelines
Applicants are required to submit their responses in one of the following formats:
- Presentation (PPT)
- Video (MP4) (Google Drive link or YouTube link of the videos are acceptable)
General Guidelines
- Submissions should not exceed 15 slides or 5 minutes in duration.
- Slide 1 should mention category name, company name, campaign name (in case of corporate nominations) and applicant’s name (in case of individual nominations).
- Include relevant visuals, data, and case studies to support your answers.
- Ensure all proprietary and confidential information is marked appropriately.
