Django Digital launches an invite-only creator management program
Brand Introduction:
Django Digital, a Schbang network agency founded in 2019, has been pioneering the influencer marketing area for two years now, working with brands such as Pillsbury, Jio Fiber, Fevikwik, and Parker pens, among others. Considering these elements, as well as the experience that Django brings to the table with its novel approach on strategies, they decided to develop Djang Gang – an elite ‘by-invite only club that allows the most premium budding creators and artists that reflect the spirit of the one-of-a-kind agency. Djang Gang was founded with the intention of exclusively managing creators and bridging the gap between creators and brands.
Campaign – Summary:
Djang Gang is an exclusive invite-only creator management program that aims to get 50 top-notch creators on board. The parameters for selection are crucial; they rolled out exclusive invites to creators across the country as well as a form to be filled – the response they saw was phenomenal. In less than 5 days, Djang Gang saw 350+ applications of creators wanting to be a part of the tribe.
What Djang Gang brings to the table for brands across industries is access to this exclusive roster of creators that range from food stylists, music producers, fashion icons, and also a former ISL footballer. The current metrics of the Djang Gang roster account up to 1.8 million in reach. With their in-house studio setup, post-production advantages, and commitment to handling all legal elements, the team is drawing creators from all over the country.

Problem Statement/Objective:
- From an influencer standpoint, the goal was to onboard not just any creator; but also those that started small but are rapidly developing and are eager to grow with Djang Gang. The establishment of this division ensures that creators do not waste time on all ancillary tasks attached to being an influencer such as legal, contracts, or negotiations, and instead concentrate on building their page.
2. From the standpoint of the brand, the aim was clear all of this will eventually lead to better content and better planning which means better ROI for the brands
Brief:
The influencer industry is booming and with it, influencer marketing and management are two verticals that are growing speedily. While the trajectory for Djang Gang was the same, it had to have a Django touch to it which is accurately portrayed on the social media launch grid of Djang Gang. It was a simple idea tossed into a discussion about what can be done with the influencers next? In less than two weeks, an idea born in a casual chat developed into a large-scale plan that was subsequently executed flawlessly.
Challenges:
- The greatest challenge for Djang Gang was to come up with a clutter breaking idea that distinguishes them from its competitors in the same space. The invite-only aspect not only provided exclusivity, but also piqued the creators’ interest in being a member of this Tribe that they had never seen before.
2. Another challenge was the selection process; with an overwhelming response from creators via the google form shared, it was difficult to shortlist them, as the aim was not just about getting influencers with a large number of followers but also about getting creators with quality content and scope to grow.
Highlights/ Results:
The response for Djang Gang was overwhelming with 350+ applications in a week, 639 shares on our launch film, and an organic reach of 25581. This is what the power of compounding does – the entire team got together to spread the word. 13 creators have been onboarded so far. Djang Gang was recognized for coming up with this one-of-its-kind, an exclusive invite-only creator management program.
