FM TADKA Launches Super Saviour Awards Campaign
FM Tadka, the radio network of the Rajasthan Patrika group, has come out with a campaign across its 18 cities. Presently, when water, environment, humans and animals are in constant danger, there is a need to recognize and celebrate the deeds of such saviours of resources and human lives.
Timed for Christmas Eve, the search for ambassadors of cheer culminated across the radio networks reach in Jammu, Srinagar, Rajasthan, Chhatisgarh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Award evenings were organized and lakhs of listeners got a chance to recommend people who were harbingers of good times in the lives of people like destitute women, trafficked children and human lives at stake.
Gaurav S Karrir, National Programming Head, FM Tadka says,” The satisfaction of bringing this concept from thought to reality has been made sweeter with such heartfelt acceptance by our listeners. I guess we touched a chord with them.”
The super saviours ranged from Jaipur’s Vishnu Aggarwal -an environment savior, Prayagraj’s founder of old age home – Dr PK Sinha to Raipurs child savior Manisha Sharma…and many more discovered by FM Tadka across the country.
Sufi, Creative lead of FM Tadka, believes,” This has been one of the most satisfying campaigns for us. The stories generated and lives touched has further brought the belief back that content is king on radio.”
The Super Saviour campaign is in line with the new tagline of the radio network- APNI SUNO. No wonder super saviours in our society are those who listened to themselves, respected their inner voice and dived deep into the service of the environment, human beings and other living creatures.
