- Tell us something about Eidolon and the legs the company operates into?
Eidolon is a Ahmedabad based design centric, strategy driven Brand design studio. We offer experimental and design centric brand building and social media services.
- How did Eidolon happened ?
It was the brain child of Vishakha my partner. We both were good friends and in the final year of our engineering. She was planning to launch a tech company and I was into communication design. That’s when we started with few projects of website design and development and eventually after brushing our skills for a few years we finally launched Eidolon Design Studio.
- How do you see the landscape of creative intelligence in India and does India has the potential to compete with global players in the same space?
There is a lot of talent in the industry, but I think they are not focused enough. They are more interested in micro trends and seem to ignore the importance of basic design asthetics and visual content.
- What makes Eidolon different from the competitors?
We are fairly new in the agency market with a very young team and with our very experimental and design centric approach to buliding a brand gives us our niche. We feel we do not compete with traditional creative and digital agencies.
- What are your future plans ( Expansion, product etc)
It’s been 5 years since the launch of Eidolon and now we plan to launch a parallel integrated budget design agency to reach out to smaller clients and educate them why design is important for businesses.
- Are you boot strapped or backed by an investor? In case of backed, request you to provide details about them?
We are boot strapped and profitable from Day 1 at Eidolon. We will be looking for investors when we launch budget design agency which is currently in pipeline.
- What is your mantra of success and who is your real life role model?
Hard work and moving fast is the key to success in this ever changing industry. You need to be up to date with the trends and amalgamate them with great content for your clients. My real life role model is Mr. Rajiv Dingra from WAT Consult.
