In a recent development, Network18 made announcements of restructuring in the company.
Avinash Kaul has been promoted to CEO – Broadcast. Priyanka Kaul, who heads the Focus business and is president for marketing & special Initiatives has been given the additional charge as CEO of Forbes. While Puneet Singhvi has been promoted as president, digital and corporate strategy.
Avinash Kaul was promoted to COO in the year 2018 with the
responsibility of looking after the oversee operations. He joined Network18 in
2014 while Singhvi joined in the year 2016. Prior to this, Singhvi was COO, Times Global Partners (now
known as Times Bridge). Besides, Priyanka Kaul joined the network last
year before which she was with NDTV Group working as Chief Revenue and Marketing
Officer.
Network18 is
owned by Mukesh Ambani and has partnerships with several leading global media
players like Viacom18, CNN, CNBC in business, A+E Networks, and Forbes.
