Bhaskar Bhatt, Prasoon Joshi and S Subramanyeswar inaugurate M.Ad School of Ideas Bangalore
Last weekend saw prominent figures from advertising and marketing gather for the
launch of M.Ad School of Ideas, Bangalore. The school was inaugurated by former
Titan MD, Bhaskar Bhatt, Chairman McCann Asia and CEO+CCO McCann India,
Padmashree Prasoon Joshi, Chief Strategy Officer APAC MullenLowe Group, S Subramanyeswar.
The luminaries left students with some inspiring words. Bhaskar Bhatt stressed that
appealing to the ‘median’ would only lead to ‘mediocrity’ and advised everyone to
interact with more diverse groups across the country. Prasoon Joshi celebrates the
value of curiosity, reminding students that ‘you are only as good as what you seek.’ And S. Subramanyeswar remarked on authenticity, recounting his experience of teaching at M.Ad Mumbai for the last 3 years and the unadulterated originality that students displayed in their questions and thinking.
Pippa Seichrist, Co-Founder, M.Ad School of Ideas, says, “When we started
Miami Ad School, we wanted to create the school that we wish we had gone to. One
that would give students, not only the training, but the experience and the network they needed to launch their careers. And that one school with six students has grown into a global network, now with Bangalore. The school was announced earlier this month, with its first quarter starting 15th July, 2022 M.AD School of Ideas, 9-time Cannes Lions’ Future School of the Year and the
world’s most awarded advertising school (as per Gunn Report). M.Ad courses AI, AR,
VR, Web3, UI/UX, Entrepreneurship, etc.
