Asian Paints’#ColourForEveryWood campaign adds life to wooden furniture
Asian Paints releases a series of fun digital films to launch Luxury PU Palette Range of Wood Paints with their #ColourForEveryWood campaign.
Conceptualised and executed by its social media agency – Kinnect, the films encapsulate the aesthetic usage of Asian Paints’ latest offering of wood paints and underscores the need for the timeless quality of wooden furniture but with a refreshing new coat of colour!
Home interiors evolve with time, and with wood being one of the oldest, most widely used materials in home decor, there’s always a sentiment attached to a piece. But that shouldn’t stop us from experimenting with colours, on the same old wood, giving an instant uplift to your spaces and decor. Pioneering the launch of Luxury PU Palette Range of Wood Paints, Asian Paints is taking their colour expertise beyond the walls of the home. The product boasts of a premium, seamless finish in addition to a wide range of shades for wooden furniture and surfaces present anywhere at home – kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and more.
To launch its range of wood paints, Asian Paints under the #ColourForEveryWood campaign released a series of digital films. The films underline key spaces, colour schemes, and different types of wood furniture at home that can be transformed to look timeless with Asian Paints’ wood paints. Albeit, what adds fun to these films and builds interest is the protagonist of the film – which is the coloured wooden furniture itself. Imagining a fantastical scenario where different pieces of furniture interact with each other, the films highlight the usage of wood paints through adorable caricatures. Weaving fun and relatability into the films, its characters personify quirks and instances that commonly occur during human interactions.
To make it a 360-degree digital launch, the campaign also compromised shorter 30-second edits, snackable 15-seconds Instagram Stories, YouTube bumpers as well as leveraged Instagram Reels.
Commenting on the campaign, Chandni Shah, COO at Kinnect said, “Breaking from the notion ‘wood equals brown’, Asian Paints’ latest offering not only transforms old wooden furniture to look timeless but also adds new life to it. Hence, to showcase this product range we wanted to take an approach that was lighthearted and humorous. The team ensured that sarcasm, pun, and charm were on point!”
