FCB Group India announces organizational restructuring with key elevations in leadership roles
FCB Group India announces the reorganization of its creative agencies in India, along with key elevations. The Group announces organizational restructuring with three full-service agency brands in India – FCB Ulka, FCB Interface, and FCB India. These three agencies will be a part of FCB Group India.

With the new three creative agency structures, agency stalwarts Nitin Karkare, Swati Bhattacharya, Robby Mathew, and Joe Thaliath will take on more prominent roles.
Nitin Karkare has been promoted to Vice Chairman at FCB Ulka, who was earlier leading as Chief Executive at FCB Ulka, India. Nitin’s rich industry knowledge and deep insight into clients and their businesses have set him apart as a truly inspirational leader.
Swati Bhattacharya has been Creative Chairperson, FCB India. In her previous role, she was associated with FCB Ulka as Chief Creative Officer, She has recently been named in ‘Adweek Creative 100’ for 2021!
Robby Mathew has been elevated to Vice Chairman & CCO, FCB Interface. With over two decades at FCB Interface, Robby drives the agency’s creative agenda with a fervent passion. He has created campaigns for brands like Mahindra, Oreo, Bluestar, and Agrotech Foods.
Joe Thaliath has been promoted to Vice Chairman of FCB Interface in addition to his role of CEO at the agency. Joe has worked on global and Indian mega brands across the automotive, FMCG, publishing, media, and telecom sectors.
