  • You should be at least 18 years old as of 01st March 2025 
  • An application will be considered valid only if all relevant fields on the form appended below are completely filled and the requisite fee is duly paid. 
  • An entry once made cannot be retracted and will not be eligible for changes or corrections 
  • Please drop a WhatsApp message on 9310966666 with regards to any doubts or clarifications 
  • No entries or part of entries will be accepted over email 
  • Shortlisting of entries will be done by the Agency Reporter Editorial Board after the closure of nominations 
  • Each Jury will get a random set of shortlisted entries for evaluation which will be objectively evaluated and rated on a scale of 1-10
  • The results will be announced only via our social media platforms and website.
  • The last date of submitting entries is 31st March 2025
