WICCI Public Relations & Digital Marketing Council launches ‘ILead Mentoring Program 2021’
WICCI PR & Digital Marketing Council announces its latest offering – ‘ILead Mentoring Program 2021’, to bridge mentoring gaps in the communications industry. This initiative is in line with the Council’s long-term goal of addressing women employees dropping off the leadership ladder through structured and supportive mentoring.
Created exclusively for mid and senior-level women professionals, the Program will see applications from women with a minimum experience of 8 years and a maximum of 15 years in PR, Digital, Advertising, Journalism, Corporate Affairs, Content and Corporate Communications sectors. Each batch will comprise a focused cohort of 20 participants who will be selected through a rigorous screening process. The Program will run for a six-month duration, with two sessions per month of 90-120 minutes each. There would be coaching sessions, too, in addition to mentoring sessions. A nominal program fee will be charged to cover the time cost of the subject specialists and course material charges. The first batch of the ‘ILead Mentoring Program 2021’will commences in Sep 2021.
This program is tailor-made to cover key topics of Personal Branding, Conflict Management, Crisis Communication, Networking & Influencing Skills, Campaign Management & Storytelling and Emotional Intelligence. For different subjects, the Program will have specialist mentors. The WICCI PR & Digital Marketing Council has partnered with Mentoring Matters and The Purpose Room. Both partners will bring forth leading subject-matter experts and renowned professionals to anchor the program modules in an easy-paced, and well-structured manner.
