Campaigns published on any digital media platform between Apr 2023 and Mar 2024 in the below-mentioned categories are eligible to be nominated for the award.

  1. Augmented reality/Virtual reality- Any campaign utilizing augmented reality /virtual reality technology to overlay textual information, or via virtual products, digital packaging, etc.  
  2. Branded Content- Campaigns involving articles/blog posts, videos, podcasts, and elements aimed at bringing value to the consumers.
  3. Social Media- Any form of static images, GIFs, or Video campaigns created for platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, etc.

    A. Best Use of Quora: Leveraging Quora’s platform to engage with and provide valuable insights to a targeted audience, enhancing brand visibility and authority.
    B. Best Use of Influencer Marketing: Strategically partnering with influencers to authentically promote products or services, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
    C. Best Use of Creator Collaboration: Collaborating with content creators to produce innovative and compelling campaigns that resonate with audiences and amplify brand messaging.
  4. Mobile Marketing- In-app video/static ads – interactive/non-interactive, lock screen ads, mobile banner ads, QR codes, etc.
  5. Moment Marketing- Any campaign using audio, video, static images, or a social media post to capture a topical moment or trend.
  6. Meme Marketing- Any campaign utilizing memes or fast-spreading content in the form of GIFs, and images to promote a product or a brand.
  7. Voice/Audio- Campaigns executed via podcasts, radio/digital radio, streaming music services, or other voice/audio formats on digital mediums.
  8. Conversation Marketing- Any campaigns using live chat, chatbots, messaging apps, or other channels of one-to-one conversations with customers.
  9. Martech – Campaigns where your agency has enabled marketers to automate one or more marketing activities for them.
  10. Content Marketing – Any campaign using audio or video storytelling, executed on news websites, entertainment platforms, community-engagement websites etc.
  11. Digital OOH- Any campaign using digital place-based networks, digital billboards & signage, display screens, and other forms of OOH campaigns powered with Adtech.
  12. Game Marketing- In-game marketing, including video ads, rewarded video ads, logo integration within the game, etc.
  13. App monetization- Any campaign involving in-app advertising, freemium models, and in-app purchases.
  14. Social Listening- Any campaign created on the basis of analysis of conversations and trends surrounding a brand and social media sentiment.
  15. Performance Marketing – All campaigns where ad inventory was bought programmatically ensuring desired RoI and minimal wastage.
  16. Video– Any campaigns that effectively leveraged the power of video content on digital platforms to create an impact.
  17. Search- Campaigns created to appear in search results anywhere on the web. It can be text, image, or any other format appearing on news media platforms, entertainment platforms, or community engagement platforms.
  18. Rural Marketing– Any campaign that effectively connected with consumers residing in rural areas by employing localized strategies. It should demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique needs and preferences of rural communities, showcasing campaigns that foster engagement, build brand awareness, and drive growth in these markets.
  19. Connected TV Campaigns– Any exceptional digital marketing campaigns that have leveraged the power of Connected TV. Campaigns should demonstrate innovative strategies in targeting and engaging viewers through streaming platforms and smart devices, ultimately driving measurable results.
  20. AI Led Marketing– Any campaign that harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI). It should showcase innovative applications of AI tools and technologies to optimize marketing efforts.
  21. Adtech – Campaigns executed using tech as the driving factor.
  22. CGI – Any campaign that has leveraged computer-generated imagery to create engaging and visually stunning content.
  23. Best women empowerment campaigns – Any Campaigns that celebrates initiatives that have significantly advanced gender equality and empowered women in various spheres of life.
  24. Best use of Display Ads- This category honors exceptional creativity and effectiveness in digital advertising campaigns through display ads.
  25. Integrated- Apply in this category if you have executed the same campaign in at least 3 of the above-mentioned categories.

TIMELINES

  • 19th July – Last date of submitting entries
  • 22-26th July – Jury Evaluation (Online)
  • End of July – Announcement of Results

JUDGING PROCESS

  • Each Jury will get a random set of shortlisted entries for evaluation
  • The entries will be evaluated and rated on clarity of campaign objectiveuniqueness of idea suggestedexecution of ideaoverall creativityeffectiveness of the campaign and end result of the campaign
  • CLARITY OF CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVE – Is the final outcome in sync with brand brief laid out in the beginning (20% Weightage)
  • UNIQUENESS OF IDEA SUGGESTED – Was there any uniqueness to the strategy & idea presented by the Agency. (20% Weightage)
  • EXECUTION OF THE IDEA – Was the chosen media(s) apt to reach brand TG? What were the factors that affected choice of medium or influencers or tools? (20% Weightage)
  • OVERALL CREATIVITY – The work will be evaluated on the basis of creativity & innovation brought to the project with regards to content, method, tech etc. (20% Weightage)
  • EFFECTIVENESS – Evaluation will be done keeping in mind overall user engagement and/or audience feedback (10% Weightage)
  • END RESULT – Did the project meet all/some objectives laid down by the brand team? Did the agency furnish supporting data like Brand effectiveness score, Sentiment analysis or RoI chart? (10% Weightage)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • All agencies providing any kind of digital marketing services to brands are eligible to apply
  • Those brands which executed the campaign in-house / on their own are also eligible to apply
  • An application will be considered valid only if all relevant fields on the form appended below are completely filled and requisite fee is duly paid
  • An entry once made cannot be retracted and will not be eligible for changes or corrections
  • No entries or part of entries will be accepted over email
  • Shortlisting of entries will be done by the Agency Reporter Editorial Board after the closure of nomination round.
