Experience: 6-8 Years
Reporting To: Chief Manager and Sr. V.P
Brief Role Description
This role will be responsible for generating and driving branded content revenues by identifying prospects, building a robust sales pipeline, developing strategic business, and sales plans. Driving the vision and go-to-market business & sales strategy for the business and developing and cultivating relationships at the senior levels directly with the brands & agencies. The core area of focus will be strategic engagement with the client on their businesses and steering the clients’ marketing investment into delivering brand/business results through our offering
Formulate and orchestrate the sales strategy through the appropriate understanding of branded content, digital content marketing trends, understanding of the brand objectives, category understanding, pricing and other business/strategic levers of the Group. Lead the business strategy, sales efforts in the marketplace by identifying business development opportunities with a view to grow and become one of the preferred partners for all advertisers for their branded content requirement. Understanding the brand brief/brand key challenges appropriately and de-briefing the creative team accordingly. Strategically inputting into the brief. Brainstorming with the creative team to develop creative solutions for the brands based on their key challenges and overall brand objective. Ensuring that the ideas/pitch which is being developed is in-line with the brand requirement. Working with the digital marketing lead and the team, media team and consolidating the pitch presentation for the client. Negotiating and closing the proposal with a clearly aligned deliverable. Depending on the nature of the client and the brief you may also need to develop ideas independently
Build effective working relationships with all the group companies and with the internal teams across creative, production and digital marketing. To keep track of all latest content trends across platforms, advancement in tech and innovations in content production, best practices in branded content, content & digital marketing by actively reading and participating in forums, and industry events.
