Here’s Something We ‘Really Really’ Want You to Read
With this latest meme fest doing the rounds, I am convinced that these brands have managed to make the most of the social media opportunism.
Now that the headline has landed you all to my article, let me talk about something which is driving everyone into a frenzy. Yes, I am talking about the new meme fest that has emerged over the internet- the ‘really, really, really…’ format.
This new rage welcomes people to express their unfulfilled desires, something they always desired to communicate. It has being doing rounds for the past few days and some of our most celebrated brand like IBM, Google, Tinder, Swiggy, Amazon, etc. are the recent ones to join the bandwagon. Their witty yet hilarious tweets definitely hooked us up. I am convinced that these brands have managed to make the most of this social media opportunism and bring attention to their products and services.
Have a look at some of the best ones from the collection-
1. Google
Why Google takes the first position here is simple- it has managed to impress us the maximum. The team released its ‘really, really’ creative on January 28 and we are just ROFL. With Valentine’s Day just around, it routes us to the most customary question asked by Indians- Will you marry me, Google Assistant?. This has in turn paved way for funnier responses by our Twitter users. Take a look!

2. Tinder
I am glad Tinder is as annoyed with users writing ‘sapiosexual’ on their profiles as much as I am. The brand took this subtle way of conveying how bland and uncool it is to mention this word and we should stop using it right away.

3. OnePlus
With its beautiful designs and cutting-edge technology, OnePlus has always stayed true to its philosophy and tagline-‘Never Settle’. The brand word-played around in its ‘really, really’ tweet where it entreats users to stop settling for less.

5. Swiggy
Their tweet makes me go like- Yes, why in the world?
An Elaichi in your Biryani can make any sane human go ballistic. It is that one thing that can simply ruin your Biryani experience, something most of us can’t afford. Hungry already? Well, enjoy the meme for now!

6. Amazon Prime
The brand managed to take a dig on its streaming services, where it very cleverly asked users to not share their accounts with their friends. In response to this, comments like ‘You are the only hope’ and ‘We’ll switch to Netflix’ floated.

7. Practo
The brand managed to oppose a common belief- An apple a day keeps the doctor away. It appeals you to see a doctor and not rely on any home remedies in case of ill health. Its very smart caption reads, “‘Seb’ yourself from ineffective home remedies and find the right doctor!”.

8. IBM
This brand chose an astute way to convey that they no more built any laptops. The company now deals with services like cloud computing, cognitive computing, commerce, etc.
