Praveen Malhotra joins Rajasthan Patrika as National Head for Multimedia Sales

In past Praveen Malhotra has worked with Reliance Broadcast Network- BIG FM where she was the Chief Business Officer. Prior to this, she was also associated with Zenith Optimedia, Star India & Times of India.


During her journey at Patrika, she would play the key role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies for multi-media (Print, Radio, TV, Digital, OOH) pitches & would closely work with management to scale up new opportunities for Corporate business.

She would also lead and guide nationwide sales team members to achieve targets while communicating with Regional heads to review their overall performances. 

In her previous stints across the last 23 years across television, radio, digital and new media. Praveen has developed a natural flair for sales processes and strategy and has been an overachiever herself and coached and mentored many young team members to lead winning teams across various organisations. 

She has an excellent track record of managing client relationships which has helped her secure sizable exclusive deals.

An entrepreneurial professional at heart, she has set up infrastructure, technology and brand architecture, organisation structures, product portfolio and early profitability for her previous organisations. 

She is known for her outstanding interpersonal and employee relations with a proven ability to recruit, develop and continually coach teams to collaborate systemically.

As a founding member for startups at Radio City and Reliance, she built the revenue processes single-handedly, structured and trained the entire sales team of 300 members across multiple locations and led the team to 30% revenue share in the first year of operations.

Her accolades include the Fulbright Nehru Scholarship by the United States India Education Foundation and nomination for News Corp’s Global Excellence Awards in 2004. 

She was also in the Class of 2010 – Global Leadership Forum, Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University. She will be based out of Delhi.
